I will be working the DC tattoo convention Jan. 13th thru the 15th held at the Crystal Gateway Marriot, Arlington, VA. I will also be guest spotting and tattooing any over flow from the show at Black Label Tattoo in Frederick, MD the 16th and the 17th. Rad time in Portland. One of my new favorite towns. Killed it out there. Stayed busy tattooing all weekend and sold a bunch of prints, flash and paintings. Food, nightlife, nature and people were awesome! Definitely a spot to visit. I'll be back there very soon..

Finally getting around to posting about Toronto. Super busy lately can't complain. So I had the pleasure of working at one of Canada's best shops Speakeasy Tattoo and working the Northern Ink Exposure convention with them. Great bunch of tattooers and people. Had a crazy time and treated real well. Here's a few pics from the trip. Some tattoos, some friends, some food and buildings, always a good time!

A couple new ones from this week. The first one was a collaboration with a good friend, the sheep catcher ghost wolf. Real fun. Did a rose walk in and finally got to finish the eagle and skull. The feet was on another friend. The idea came from Navy folk lore, the story of the pig and the rooster. Pre-WWII sailors would tattoo a pig and a rooster on there feet to keep them afloat had there ship taken on damage or sank and had to abandon ship. The rooster is to call up to heaven to save the wearer, and the pig came from the crates the pigs on a ship would be stored in, and in water would float. This weeks been good. Some great tattoos and good times.....

Another great time at the convention. Musink was great. Stayed real busy and made some new connections, made some fun tattoos, got tattooed by Davide at Plastic Surgery Tattoo from Rome, Italy and my homie Chris took home first place in the Traditional category. Definitely had a good time and made some new friends at this one. I just hope next year they don't play techno all night and make me loose my voice trying to talk to people over it. Maybe Jersey shore was in town.
Then was in an art show by Lady Luck Tattoos in Richmond, Kentucky for charity. Didn't get to make it out to that one but none the less stoked and honored to be apart of a show with some of the best artists in the industry. The show runs from March 5th to April 9th. Check it out if your in the area and pic up some great artwork and support a good cause.
This years gonna be a good one. Here's a couple pics from both......

Here's a couple paintings I recently finished. Haven't had too much time lately to work on anything for myself, but stoked on these. First ones definetly my favorite one I've done so far. Accomplished what I wanted with it. Second one was a bit more of an experiment. Third I did the night before Musink. Wasnt planning on another one but really happy with this as well. Just did this one Sunday on one of the tattooers at the shop. First throat and I'm sure Chris paid for it in pain but sat well and pretty happy with how it came out. Healing up like a champ too!
